Mamma Mia

First I must say to all my girlfriends who went along with me to this movie, I know most of you liked it, but I have one question,"WHY"? Second I really am not a musical fan. I like the old ones, like Sound of Music or My Fair Lady. But this didn't come close to those. I thought Meryl Streep did a good job, but whoever thought Pierce Brosnan could sing needs some hearing aids. Third my final dig, I am not really an ABBA fan(sorry honey). Okay so why did I even go to the Movie? Because I wanted to conform to peer pressure and Stacey said it was good.

I give this a 1 out 5
..
Okay... I did not see this movie and will most likely wait until it comes out on Netflix but, I had to comment on this. Why? Because my wife took a shot at ABBA. While it is true that I love my wife, I can certainly not vouch for her apparent taste in music. Retribution for her "dig" on ABBA will be forthcoming as all music disks in her car must now feature ABBA!!!

PG-13, 2008

Very honest of you. I would say though that it derserves a 2 for making us laugh so hard (at parts that maybe weren't suppose to be funny :)

1 out of 5? I mean that's just plain rude! I'm going to tell Pierce what you said about him. I thought he was delightful and I'd like Lon to make copies of music for my car as well, but only if it has ABBA, I mean who can stop dancing when you hear a little Mamma Mia, I haven't stopped singing it since I saw the movie! I'm up to going again.

Just found this dandy blog of yours. Awsome addition. I am dying to see Mamma Mia and don't care if most people thought it stunk. I'd probably love it regurdless. Besides I think that people singing that really can't is endearing. Oh and BTW if your hubby is passing out hot copies of ABBA/the soundtrack I'm in! We love ABBA here.
